With a valid 8.1 key, you can generate a bootable USB drive. Insert the drive and proceed through the installation instructions, which are straightforward.

With a valid key, you can transfer the ISO to a USB stick and start from there. Also, it’s puzzling why an optical drive isn’t compatible—it’s a 750D model with only three slots available.

It appears the label shows 750D but you're referring to a 750D build, which is a common mix-up.

Yes, 4Gb should be sufficient for 8.1. I actually tried it with the ISO from Beta and RTM.
