get the iso file or create one from the dvd on another computer and burn it to a usb drive using Rufus.

It's not possible to insert a disc into a computer without a compatible drive. You can purchase a USB stick at a very low cost. Obtain the Windows 7 files from the official Microsoft website and start the installation. Once the process begins, you'll just need the installation key.
