You can use a Windows 10 installation media created from a USB drive or DVD. Follow the setup instructions to boot from it and install Windows 10 onto your system.

This forum has over a thousand discussions, making it easy to find what you need with the search function. I’m just assuming you’re looking at the provided links: the first one is for Windows 10 Media Creation Tool installation and the second is the official Microsoft software download page. Follow the wizard and it should be complete.

Check for a message at the bottom right corner of the display. Tap it if present. If not, purchase a disk. Have you previously bought one and encountered difficulties?

The upgrade is available at no cost, you don’t need to purchase a disk or anything similar. @ spwath In this media creation tool from Microsoft, you have several choices—upgrade immediately (best option) or create a media for future upgrades on another PC (ISO/bootable USB). If the upgrade didn’t go through when selecting immediate upgrade, use the ISO/bootable USB you made with the tool. Then, while using Windows, open Setup.exe from the installation files on your DVD or the Bootable USB to complete the activation. You must first upgrade before Windows 10 can be activated. Afterward, you can perform a clean install if desired.
