Hi, help me get the FX 6300 overclocked on the MSI 970A-G43 to 4.2GHZ or 4.5GHZ. Also, let me know if a 450W PSU will be enough for the FX 6300 OC to 4.2GHZ with 8GB RAM and GTX 960.

It will work, I recall your previous discussion. Both the gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 and Asus m5a78-usb 3 were higher quality boards. I would really prefer the little gigabyte if it's within a reasonable price range. The g43 is of poor quality.

The g43 isn't suitable for any overclocking attempts; it's considered one of the lowest quality boards available.

Will my FX 6300 handle games without overclocking, given a GTX 960 GPU?

Bottleneck - no
Limitation slightly - yes, only in a few games.
Almost everything will remain playable; you might encounter drops to around 40 frames occasionally instead of consistent 60fps.

Will the FX 6300 be capable of running all games? I'm planning to purchase it... I don't have a lot of money for an Intel i5... I hope it can handle all the games and I won't overclock it.
