Thank you for the assistance, but the information on the page indicates it isn't updated for the GTX 1000 series while I have a GTX 1050.

The Jayz2cents video above is excellent for overclocking. I recommend sticking with that approach.
The fact that not every guide is identical exists because there isn't a single perfect method; there are various techniques, and they all function similarly.
