For audio purposes, simply remove it; without it, there will be no sound.

It caused issues with my audio setup, but on Windows 8 it functioned more smoothly without the driver.

yeah, but before I installed windows 10 it worked better when it didnt have the driver, I just want to know how to make windows 10 not install it automatially

It must be set up for your motherboards so the sound functions properly.

There is a support contact available at the provided link. You can use standard Microsoft audio drivers, which function properly.
