I purchased CS:GO for my birthday, but I'm not great at it. I wondered if anyone has helpful advice on improving beyond just playing more bots, since real players are usually too tough. Could you assist me? Thanks! P.S.: I also play TF2 a lot, so the differences aren't huge.

I’d like to play more, but it’s not enjoyable if I’m constantly losing again and again.

Git that's great! Practice mapping to get skins, boost your reflexes a bit, and try those hacks.

Grab some tricks... Haha, just stick with it, you'll improve if you spend a few hundred hours practicing.

Focus on sharpening your reaction time and precision, these are essential skills in most FPS titles. Game intuition develops with consistent practice. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=243702660 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=213240871 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=419404847 If you struggle, it might mean FPS isn't your strength and you could face challenges long-term.

What firearms would you suggest? The P90 and M4A1S are solid choices.

You're repeating the same approach consistently. While it's okay to get comfortable, changing things up will help you grasp the nuances of each situation.

It varies based on the map, your skills, and what you like. Simply test them across various maps. No single best weapon exists.

Sure, I recall those times when we were on 1.6. It was all about understanding the maps, their origins, and how to navigate around them.
