How to generate a stop URL shortcut that opens in Google Chrome for any user accessing the PC
On windows 10 systems, I need a desktop shortcut that links to a website and allows anyone accessing the PC to open it in Google Chrome. Chrome isn't the default browser. When placed in C:\users\public\public desktop, it directs to the correct URL for the user who made the shortcut, but other users see the Chrome site. Any suggestions?
Because Chrome isn't your primary browser, you need to first set up a shortcut that directs to Chrome and then append the URL to the end of that command. Next, position the shortcut on the Public desktop as specified earlier. You need to be logged in with an administrator account, or if operating within a domain, possess local admin privileges.

C:/Users/Public/Public desktop shows everything accessible to all users on their desktop.
