Disable background cone or art.
Found what I need, but it shouldn't work. This setting is very hidden.
I'm confused why VLC doesn't have a clear ON/OFF button with the mouse cursor approaching album or cover art.
Checked all options in the VLC player—none found.
It seems like just a picture for the CD; I can't turn it off easily. It makes me think they might be trying to prevent something.
The only solution left is to remove every image one by one using another program.
Because often the images aren't right for the album, and many are distracting, like an AD. I just want a white or black square at the image area. Peace.

Additional information about the configuration settings and options is available. Review the provided link; the setting to disable album art might not be clearly shown. Can you locate the storage location for the images and check the filename, file type, and specifications?

It seems likely it's stored inside the mp3 song file as metadata or something similar. Using an MP3 tagging tool could help remove it. However, it might not always be in the album folder, so the exact location isn't crucial for finding the image.
This read is really challenging for me. I'm not sure if it's a fully custom modding project.
Going through it one by one would be much quicker than trying to figure this out.

Imagine adding album artwork.
Here’s the information you’ll need:
https://appuals.com/how-to-add-album-art...indows-10/
Review the full instructions. The VLC player appears near the halfway point when scrolling the link.
Follow the directions carefully, keeping everything unchanged if possible. You might want to set up a test folder with copies of some .mp3 files for practice.
Focus on Steps 3 and 4: Media Information and Add Cover Art from file.
It’s likely you can disable or hide this feature, or place your chosen icon in the appropriate folder.
Gather some "white or black square" images or icons to try. Save them in a folder that can be used later.
Make sure you understand what you can find, learn, and do.
Always confirm your music files are backed up and both recoverable and readable.
