i'm a gamer and I was experiencing ping spikes every few seconds, which really messed up my gameplay. After doing some research, I found a solution. You should prevent your Wi-Fi from searching for other networks while connected to one. Open the Command Prompt and run netsh wlan show settings. Check your Wi-Fi adapter name and use this command: netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=no. Adjust it to interface="Wi-Fi" if needed. To turn auto-connect back on, run: netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=yes interface="Wi-Fi". This helped a lot—just search for the fix carefully. Let me know if you need more help!

Simpler and I’d also say it’s even better.

It seems you think I'm offering assistance, but this isn't about technical guidance. Staying on the 5GHz band without other overlapping networks should be the best approach.

I’m using a 5GHz network and still experiencing interference. Many folks rely on Wi-Fi since they lack Ethernet, but this command makes your PC appear as if it’s connected via Ethernet. I’m sharing this solution to assist others facing the same issue, as it really helped me.
