You're experiencing a pop-up message after restarting your Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS 64-bit PC, and you're just starting with Linux. This issue might be related to system updates or background services. Try checking your system logs for more details, and consider updating your system if needed. If the problem persists, reinstalling the OS or consulting a support forum could help.

I don't have enough context to determine which program you're referring to. Could you provide more details or clarify the name?

Clicking the report issue button should display details for developers. The information should mention the program involved, or at least provide some relevant context. In rare cases, it might just be confusing text about the kernel.

You just filed a report, but it disappeared. It seems the issue isn’t with your device. After a restart, it doesn’t appear again, even though everything looks normal.

Occasionally when something goes wrong, a warning pops up, making it hard to hide until you provide the details. This is one of the annoying aspects of Ubuntu.
