I need a photo editing software that can fix misaligned elements in an image. Since Adobe now offers its products only via monthly subscriptions, I’ve lost interest in their Photoshop lineup. They have a useful feature to straighten misaligned parts quickly and without affecting the background. A photographer successfully used this tool to correct a misaligned necktie in seconds while keeping the background intact. Would you like recommendations for alternative programs that offer similar capabilities?

Adobe Photoshop Elements should handle that and many other tasks. It doesn't require a subscription; you pay once for a one-time purchase:
https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/photos...ments.html
I have the 2020 version, but it hasn't been installed yet because I just got a new PC and haven't had time to set it up.

You can obtain PSE from the Microsoft Store too, along with its benefits (I bought it once and installed it on three PCs linked to that MS account).
