How to fix Error 0x800705b3 issue?

I received my new phone yesterday and have been attempting to install the latest software update, but Windows Update is failing and displaying Error 0x800705b3. There don’t seem to be any trustworthy options online that offer fixes without requiring registration.

I visited Samsung's site and saved the drivers straight from their platform. Even though it bothers me, I can't get them via Windows Update as I usually do.
