Hey everyone, my CPU performance is much better than expected in the BIOS. I’ll share two photos from before and after. During stress testing all cores, they only reach up to 4.68 GHz, not the 4.9 GHz I anticipated. My system uses an i7-9700K and an MSI Z390 Gaming Plus. I haven’t overclocked or made any changes.

9700k features a turbo clock at 4.9 GHz, which is the top single-core boost speed. The all-core turbo reaches 4.6 GHz, and the base clock stands at 3.6 GHz—every figure you see is accurate.
