In the AMD control panel, navigate to performance > tuning and look for smart access memory. The BIOS settings vary by motherboard brand; typically found under advanced > chipset. Also, ensure the 4G decoding option is activated.

I located it by navigating to advanced moned and IO ports settings, where I observed the 4G toggle and resized the bar.
