Hello everyone ... It's been a while since I asked a question here, so it might seem strange, but I have no place to turn to for help. My issue is this: "How to get applications to go full screen?" I've tried the usual steps on my Asus gaming laptop (FA706IH). They told me to press FN button and then F11, but that only resets the laptop back to the sign-in screen. The F11 function doesn't actually make the app full screen. Am I doing something wrong?

I've turned off the sleep feature in the power settings. The apps I'm talking about are the video players running on the webpage, such as the JW Player.
