Hi, on windows 10 you can keep the Twitch stream window visible by adjusting its position or using a third-party tool to manage multiple windows.

when using PIP it appears above all other applications

Thanks, but I'm checking the stream at https://www.twitch.tv/ and didn't see any PIP option there. 😕
