How to eliminate the green FPS indicator accompanied by a beep.
This typically begins after playing Terraria:
When pressing CTRL, ALT, or SHIFT, a green FPS counter switches on/off in the top left of the screen (see image).
It also beeps several times during this process (it beeps louder when turned on and quieter when turned off).
This is not the counter from Fraps or NVIDIA GeForce Experience (I have an AMD GPU).
(Also the FPS counter occasionally shows up off-screen, with only a small portion visible in the very top left corner.)
Any suggestions about the program or how to identify it? It bothers me to hear that beeping sound every time I press those keys.

AMD offers an overlay feature
For gaming, global settings, and performance monitoring.

Getting any results feels like I'm facing the same problem again.
The sound keeps ringing when I press my control or alt keys.
Beeping is likely a signal for starting or stopping an action, or capturing a screenshot. Windows sticky keys might also be responsible. Consider sharing a photo from Task Manager during this time.
Can you open an elevated command prompt and run this cmd?

I couldn't find anything in there myself..
Don't recall installing it and couldn't find it on my PC anywhere.
That's not it either. That hotkey is disabled and the overlay looks different.
Yeah I know.. I'm confused as well.
Also I couldn't find anything about a built-in fps counter in terraria.

Same problem occurred again after a complete system reset and driver installation; the green dot continues to appear or the counter remains active. It seems the issue persists regardless of the game being played. The file reference is 2019.12.13-15.42.mp4.
