so i increased my 6600k to 4.4 ghz at 1.28v and it's functioning properly now. i know prime95 can be risky, so what other safer options are there to push my cpu further? i'm using an h60, which should keep temperatures manageable, currently around 30 degrees celsius, and during gaming i see about 45 on stock speed.

Stress tests aim to identify issues. Use the strongest version of your game or program, and if it runs without errors, it should be stable enough. Most benchmarks also ensure the system performs well, confirming its reliability.

CountMike’s notes indicate stress tests are meant for identifying issues. Use the strongest game or program you have; if it runs smoothly, stability is confirmed. Most benchmarks also load the system sufficiently to confirm reliability. I tried the Intel Burn Stress test, AIDA64 stress test, and CPUID, all completed without interruption. Aida confirms everything is stable and passed. Skyrim Ultra also performed well, suggesting a rating around 4.4, possibly up to 4.5 if pushed further.
