Hi guys...
I am having problem with my memory building up so fast when I play 3A Games Like BF5, Division 2, PUBG, AC, ect...
For now I'm currently using
Empty Standby List
to dump my cached manually, so my games will not lag.
Is there anyway to dump the cache without using any third party software? Because
Empty Standby List
does not work well for me...
TIA
My Specs:
i7 9700k, RTX 2070, 32gb 3200mhz RAM, M.2 970 EVO for OS, 2 SSD and 2 HHSD...

It's pointless to clear the standby list. The system will remove this data automatically when another application requires more memory. This method is essentially wasteful and offers no real benefit.

Your games are not "lagging" because of Windows cache'd memory, specially with whooping 32GB available.
As mentioned cache'd memory will be dumped the second Windows need that space, getting rid of it will solely cause your system to behave slower as it will have to reload data from disk all the time.
There's another thing causing your computer to underperform.

Dude, you're using 32GB, but if it's running low, something's off or Chrome needs to be closed. It might be a memory leak, but I'm not sure. The games you mentioned shouldn't require more than a few GB, they work fine with 8GB or 16GB. Clearing memory tools is tough, like Mira said. If your games still don't perform well, there must be other problems involved.

Sure, you can capture a screenshot of Task Manager in the Performance Tab under the Memory section when you suspect the system is experiencing memory issues.

Ensure the page file is set up and activated, regardless of its size. Unless there’s a defective driver or software causing excessive memory usage, 32 GB should suffice for your gaming needs.

No, it doesn't unload automatically. I checked it under heavy load for several hours; it reached its maximum cache size around 24GB before lag started. I had to manually clear it using EmptyStandbyList, and then everything returned to normal. Even with 32GB of RAM, most 3A games use up to 16GB or more, and nothing else is running in the background except Steam, Uplay, Origin, or Blizzard.

The screen capture shows just finished 1 1/2 hours of PUBG, and now my game is starting to lag. The window on the right is my task scheduler, and from there I cleared my cached files in the empty standby list.

Your memory speed isn't configured at 3200mhz as you mentioned; it's actually set to 2133mhz according to the stock JEDEC standards (if Task Manager is correct). At such a low frequency, your i7 9700K is experiencing significant bandwidth limitations for 32GB of storage.
