How to disable palm rejection on laptop

Hi Eli, I'm trying to turn off palm rejection on Windows 10 so I can use my trackpad for gaming. I've looked online already, but most solutions require extra software or drivers. What should I try next?

I confirmed the location exists in CURRENT_USER, not LOCAL_MACHINE.
