In my situation there are two openings for liquid cooling tubes, and I can place the radiator on the exterior of my case, but I'm having trouble getting the tubes through the holes without taking them out from one side. Would it be feasible?

The tubes cannot be taken out in Corsair closed loop CPU coolers. Only a handful of makers permit this. Cooler Master offers this option on certain models.

Never take off the rubber hoses from the Closed Loop CPU Coolers. I use a Hydro H60 (latest model) and have the radiator inside. The choice of box matters a lot. I use the NZXT 410 and just got another one since it fits my next build perfectly.
