I attempted to create my own Windows 11 ISO with a script but halted before finishing. Now I possess a folder that I can't remove.

I attempted to create a Windows 11 ISO with a script but halted halfway. Now I have a folder that won’t delete. I tried running as admin and used the antivirus’ file shred tool.
