I just noticed this All Bookmarks folder appearing in my Chrome Bookmarks Bar after attempting to add a bookmark. I'm having trouble removing it and have seen others with the same issue. In some reports, people mentioned the same problem, while others said they were locked and couldn't reply further. I've tried deleting the URLs inside the folder, but only the links themselves can be removed, not the folder. My searches haven't found a solution.

Conditions apply only to URLs, not folders. A solution was found on TPU by opening a new Chrome tab and navigating to chrome://flags/, then searching for "Power bookmarks side panel". Selecting the option from the dropdown and choosing Disabled resolved the issue. Another TPU member also shared helpful information on the same topic.
