What titles are you playing? It seems like the main point is to secure the 9000. Otherwise, you also lack a "fastest" GPU. On average, 20fps at 1080p with a 4090 gives about 85% speed boost compared to yours. The minor dips and tiny drops tend to be more consistent on the quicker CPU, especially since both models have substantial L3 cache.

There are dual tower coolers such as Thermalright Peerless Assassin or Phantom Spirit that offer a comparable number of heatsinks for water cooling and are generally more affordable.
