I added another smaller SSD, a Samsung 980 PCIe 4.0 500GB for the operating system, until I realized you might have prioritized the 2TB for the OS and applications or my initial thought may have been incorrect.

you want a 120mm rear exhaust fan for that case you've chosen. An unlocked 13 gen i9 on air cooling might not be the wisest choice as that cpu runs hot when all the cores kick in.
Here's a case that's easier to work with, a ATX 3.0 psu with PCIe 5.0, low latency RAM, etc ..

You're welcome! I'll follow your PSU suggestion. Your idea about the Dominator was also on my mind because of the clock speed, but I went with the Vengeance models since I don't like the RGB lighting. If I choose the Dominator kit, can I still disable the RGB? That's what I'm wondering.

I plan to add an exhaust fan and prefer the Torrent case over others. It shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, I don't intend to overclock much—just keep the option if needed. From what I've read, the i9-13900k works well with the NH-D15. I might consider the i7 instead.

Regarding your question about RAM, should I prioritize lower clock speeds rather than higher ones? I thought latency depends on both CL and clock speed, but I'm not entirely sure.

Looks good. No changes required.
The low-profile vengeance RAM stands at 35mm high.
It is significantly taller, so the NH-D15 front fan must be raised:

You might want to consider purchasing a contact frame for the CPU as well.
