GPU or CPU speeds? I believe the latest MSI Afterburner versions can track temperatures for both the CPU and GPU...

To my knowledge, Windows doesn't have built-in features to monitor temperatures directly.

You can check CPU details using hwinfo on your laptop, though GPU info may be missing. In other systems, clicking "sensors only" helps isolate hardware data. This tool is lightweight at just 4mb and works with the 64-bit version. Download it here: https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html for 32bit hw64_541_3040.zip

I usually choose Speccy because it works well and has a clean design. The free edition is acceptable, just avoid adding CCleaner during installation.
