When working with 4 DIMMS, you might need to slightly adjust the SOC voltage. This can be done in small steps of 0.005. It should help stabilize your XMP settings. You don't necessarily have to raise the mem voltage unless you're overclocking. Try adjusting the SOC voltage first before changing the mem voltage.

for non cpu overclocker expert. just use intel xtu and click AI auto overclock. you may make full use of your cpu headroom & perf. also you can use xmp and if it fail, you don't get any risk to destroy pc component, because overclock ram by choose the pre-setting profile xmp in bios is highly safe more than manualy do this for cpu or gpu. you can see the cpu z memory tab, it have some jedec and xmp ram standard. some mb manufacture set ram timing higher than ram standard, you can try reduce timing in bios
