It seems that 's quite satisfactory for the 9900k, and it feels a bit cooler too.

On 4.9 Ghz with 1.340v, the same problem occurs where the cpu drops to 4.6 Ghz... but I struggle to keep it at 4.9 consistently... Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yE1rbMLnZTI

When multicore enhancement is turned on in the BIOS (Sync-all-cores), the multicore boost will not reach its full potential compared to when it is disabled for a single core boost. Consider disabling this option in the BIOS to check if your single-core boost improves during the benchmark.

The only choice in bios that seems to match your description is hyper-threading. You mentioned you can't find any multicore enchantment. Regarding CPU loadline calibration, start with a value that suits your needs. If the CPU drops to 4.6GHz after disabling hyperthreading, adjust accordingly.

Hyperthreading remains active. Did you refresh the BIOS during setup?
