You need to change the source of those icons so they point to a different local drive instead of One Drive.

There are methods to alter the local position of the Libraries. However, this is rarely necessary nowadays. Windows and programs have become excellent at using multiple drives and locations. Storing something in an app on another drive and folder usually works well. Next time you open that app, it will typically place it in the same spot again.
