Absolutely, I achieve a strong 100 frames with the suggested configurations and am comfortable with that.

I don't feel well with my FPS rate. You see, having many frames matters a lot. When there are more frames than your screen can display, it chooses the nearest frame when it shows something new. This lets the monitor process about 160 frames per second, or roughly two frames each time a new image appears, helping you catch up and understand the enemy's position better.
