How to access Hell

Hey everyone, I've checked the hidden wiki using various tor browsers and haven't been able to reach Hell. Do any of you have a tor link or key that could help? If not, let me know how you'd like to try accessing it on the tor browser. Thanks in advance! #notcybercriminal

Most items on TOR suggest you shouldn’t be there unless you’re certain. Note that HELL was removed some time ago, and now the administrators have changed, making it a solid trap. Enjoy!

I believe you should sketch a star or similar shape on the ground, place some candles around it, and speak certain phrases, though I'm not entirely confident about the details.
