It's simpler to view a video, even though it's not particularly brief. The game isn't up-to-date and lacks the newest AMD card models. From my understanding, it performs better with the more recent AMD cards.

It's likely the updated version of MW2 doesn't include ray tracing.

As mentioned MW2 doesn't include ray tracing. Yet when comparing in MW, certain areas show that real-time rendering versus non-real-time can create an uneven experience:
Someone perceives something near a corner or behind them through a reflective surface
The way shadows are displayed might lead an RT or non-RT player to believe another player is nearby, even if they think they're in shadow (refer to the links provided)
Shadows appearing differently between RT and non-RT versions could indicate whether someone was approaching from around a corner
