What steps can I take to upgrade?
Here are my current details:
-4Gb ram (kingstone)
-gt 610 2GB
-intel core 2duo E8400 3.00Ghz

The best way to confirm is by testing. Slightly raise the clocks, check stability... if it holds, adjust again until you reach your limit.
