I recently purchased a Gigabyte x570 gaming board and a Ryzen 5 3600X, then gathered the remaining components for my build. The issue was that the chipset temperature kept rising during idle, reaching around 75-80 degrees, similar to what you see in Windows. During gameplay, I experienced random freezes. I contacted the seller who sold the parts and mentioned the high temperatures. They suggested it could be a problem with the motherboard or CPU. They offered a 60-day return window and assured me they could exchange the board and CPU for free. Later, I received an email stating that the CPU socket was damaged. I haven’t noticed any issues when the CPU is mounted or unmounted, and it seems fine during normal use. After returning the faulty components, I upgraded to an X570 Aorus and a Ryzen 7 3700X, which performed well with stable temperatures and no freezing. However, they still insisted I pay for the damaged card.

Yeah i know fitting everything outside is the best. They dont answear the quastions i give them, they allready concluded that i broke it. So now the only thing they ask me is if i want it in return or they gone recycle it. They are realy look so far from pro that you can come. and because i dident write any thing on the return they assumed i broke it. But i talked whit your thec guy on phone and he told me to do it this way but dont answear to that either.
