I construct a new PC using these specifications
MOBO- Asus Z170-a
CPU- i5660k
cooling- Corsair H100i V2
GPU- GTX Asus Strix OC edition 1070
PSU- Evga supernova 750 g2
Ram- Ripjaw DDR4 16gb
SSD- Kingston 120GB
HD- WD 1tb
OS- Windows 10
I plan to ignore my CPU. What are the limits of my build? Will I need to go for minimum overclocking or a balanced approach?

For maximum stability I recommend 4.4~4.6Ghz. Proceed gradually and it should function well. Verify each stage using prime95 2.66 and speedfan.
