I restarted my router two hours ago, began gaming, and faced significant packet loss. I thought about it later. I checked the router’s dashboard to review the data. It had been active for two hours, and that’s what I encountered. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Only one channel involved, which isn't too much of a problem. The presence of noise at that frequency is shown by the low SNR readings around 33dB. For a smooth noise floor, the downstream SNR should exceed 35dB.
