I have several email accounts like Gmail, Outlook.com, Comcast, and an iPhone one. How can I combine them so that each list only shows unique people? For instance, on my phone I need to check all four accounts separately to see every single contact without any repeats. Am I starting with Apple or Windows now?

Windows 10's Mail app has a "Merge duplicates" feature, but sometimes it still shows your emails or numbers multiple times because of different accounts. If you delete one line from your list, the software brings back all those old copies back to your original account like GMail or Outlook. I don't want that happening.

I did the wrong thing when I merged things, so I fixed it with a backup from iCloud. It's okay now that it works. Maybe you have more than one account? Each of those accounts might have different contacts compared to mine if that is what you are doing by checking off several people at once. That would be cool if nothing else happened too. Thanks for your message and all the help!
