10 gigabytes of storage? A transfer speed of gigabits per second? That amount of gigabyte seems a bit excessive. In my system, Fallout 4 is around 34GB, so you’d run out of space before much of the game is available.

Gb refers to various concepts. It probably means you have 10 gigabytes of internet access. Downloading games will fail since your plan lacks sufficient data.
