I set up a custom power saver plan in Windows with these configurations
Disable hard disk after : 0 minutes
PCI Express Link State Power Management: Maximum Power Savings
Processor Performance Parking Min Cores : 10%
Minimum–Maximum Processor States: 10-25%
Over the years I’ve used this plan consistently without problems, but recently I’ve been relying on APO-OK (AutopoweroptionsOk) to automatically apply it if no input is detected for five minutes. Previously, it caused a boot loop and forced a system restore after restarting. Now I’m not using that tool again, yet manually selecting the custom plan still triggers freezing followed by a restart this time. It’s unclear what’s causing the sudden issue.

My PC details:
6700XT (new for one month)
Ryzen 3 3300X
2x8gb DDR4 RAM at 3200mhz
Seasonic Prime GX-750 (three months old)
Windows 11

This setting indicates whether the hard disk should never be turned off or if it should shut down immediately when the disk is on. It asks about the specific power-saving plan in use and its origin. You should clarify what kind of power management requirements necessitate third-party tools, as most plans only slightly reduce power usage with potential performance issues. I recommend disabling all power-saving features until the system stabilizes. Once stability is confirmed, you can reapply the chosen plan.
