Hey there! I just set up my living room PC with these components: Motherboard - MSI B450M Pro-M2 Max CPU, Ryzen 3 3100 CPU cooler, replaced the original Wraith Stealth with the WRAITH PRISM RGB cooler, RAM upgraded to HyperX Fury RGB 16GB (CL 16 3200), graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 7850, and I'm looking for an RX 580/RX 5600 XT or GTX 1660 Ti. The power supply is Seasonic Core GC500 with Gold certification, and I have a WD Blue SSD, a 1TB HDD, and a 64MB cache. PSU is 7200RPM. Regarding overclocking, I'm curious about the maximum air cooling performance for my setup. Ryzen Master shows idle temps around 28-30°C at stock settings.

That reading appears significantly lower than expected for operating temperatures. Why not simply test it—it varies across each chip.

It varies greatly depending on the CPU, and a 3100 with dual cores could run faster than others in certain cases.
