Hello, your question is clear. I want to ensure the performance of your FX8320 remains within safe limits after reaching 4.5ghz.

If your thermals are OK, it passes stability tests, and the voltage isn't crazy....it's just fine. It's a good result for the 8320.

5.1GHZ, my friend just ran the FX8350 CPU at that frequency... so, I believe based on a grey MB (very important), you could achieve this frequency as well...

The typical boost for an FX 8320 or 8350 CPU is roughly an additional 800 Mhz above its standard clock speed.
Many users can achieve around 4.5Ghz without making significant adjustments to the Vcore voltage during a stress test such as Prime95.
Moving from 4.5Ghz to 4.7Ghz usually requires a Vcore setting between 1.4 and 1.45v.
To maintain stability during stress testing, you should monitor the CPU’s idle temperature and under load temperatures.
The safe upper limit for Vcore when overclocking the FX CPU is about 1.6v, but it’s advisable to keep it around 1.55v for safety.
If the CPU can sustain overclocking above 4.7Ghz without overheating, a high-quality cooler will be necessary to control temperatures, as they can rise quickly.
The extent of overclocking depends on both the CPU quality and the substrate material it’s built on.
The motherboard you use, including its chipset type, also plays a role in determining how much overclocking is possible.

I haven't received the freshest MB a 970A UD3. I'm not sure if adjusting the voltage there would work better.
