If the better wraith spire cooler is the choice, then a slight boost is possible. However, the standard coolers aren't built for significant overclocking.
What are your plans for overclocking?
Whether it will perform well depends on each chip and system uniquely, so the best way to find out is by testing. But before that, you should understand your motivation for overclocking.

Thank you for the response. I wasn't sure about the system starting yet, but I was wondering if it would work in 1080p without needing to adjust anything.

Overclocking will never move you from one resolution to another. Your system will run smoothly at 1080p. It only adds a little extra power for your money. It improves performance slightly, but it's mainly about extracting more from what you pay for, not a major change in results.
Based on what I believe you're after, I'd say you don't really need to overclock.
