My Ryzen 5 3600 comes with a boost setting that claims up to 4.2GHz, but from what I've read in the Ryzen Master community, it rarely reaches that speed—even during Cinebench. While I'm seeing my stats while playing Cyberpunk, they don't match those claims.
Are you using manual or auto overclock? The boost in precision I know works best with auto overclocking. The extra speed brings the frequency up by around 200MHz. Much of this depends on your motherboard's limits as well as cooling, not just the CPU itself.
