Probably a capture card linking to the monitor, or the monitor attaching to the card, with the video stream captured via the unit and saved to an SD card or directly to a computer.

Well, I’ve given it a think, but for some odd reason I figured it might be linked to the PC it’s capturing. Wow... it’s hard to believe how slow I am.
