I've noticed issues with your WiFi upload speed lately. After installing the new optimumWiFi, the download works well, but the upload has dropped significantly—from a standard 36 Mbps down to just 5 Mbps, and it's inconsistent. Could you look into possible causes like interference, network congestion, or device settings?

Check if your upload speed remains consistent with a direct wired link to the modem.

It's just Wi-Fi. You can only do a lot with top-tier equipment and luck in having a device with solid connectivity.
