I keep my posts in separate tabs for at least three days. It’s a big time commitment. You’re right about how much effort it takes. The contact group setup helps manage it better, especially with many participants.

If you receive many emails at once frequently, you can create a contact and open a group. Then simply enter the group name, and it will add everyone in the group to the BCC list automatically.
