How do you determine the reason behind stuttering?
I experience stutters in games such as Cyberpunk, Star Wars Jedi, and others. I'm looking for ways to identify the cause of these stutters. Utilities or smtb? GPU is an ASUS Dual RTX 4070 OC. CPU is an Intel i5 12400f. Motherboard is an MSI B660M B560 chipset. SSD is a 1TB KC3000. Power supply is an MWE 750V2. RAM is 16GB DDR4 45 white.
It has an xpg adata of 45, 32 gb, 3600mhz, and CL18-18-22-22. Xmp is also active.
The bios currently in use are 7D43vHF. Please specify the monitor and resolution as well.
Samsung Odyssey G5 165Hz 27 specifications.
Check for the latest BIOS if 7d43vhf is current, then it should work.

With gsync stutters becoming less noticeable, it seems to be improving.
Stuttering refers to a brief shortage of a required resource.
Typically, the CPU is involved.
Check the task manager to identify what was running during the stutter.
It might be another application with higher priority, such as Discord or Chrome.
Search for apps that start automatically on a schedule.
Email sending or receiving could also be candidates.
For instance, Nvidia GeForce Experience is an example.
Also, examine installed applications you don’t recognize.
turn off the PC and reset the BIOS settings to their default state. This might fix the problem. Also, check for any bad stutters with G-sync. Run memtest86+ to ensure your memory is healthy. If you see errors during the test, it means your RAM could be faulty.
