Hello, you want to know how to turn on another prebuilt machine running Windows 10 that’s showing this activation error. The message says you can’t connect to your organization’s server, so make sure you’re on the right network and try again. If the issue persists, reach out to your organization’s support. Microsoft advised you to contact Dell for a product key, but when you tried their site it redirected to your country automatically. If you need help activating or disabling the activation warning, let me know how I can assist.

It looks like you're on a volume license. Verify that, as you might need to reach out to the license owner. In Start, search for CMD and select run with administrator privileges, then execute the command: slmgr /dli. In the box that appears, search for terms like "retail," "OEM," or "volume."

This PC comes from a corporate environment with volume licensing. If you're not affiliated, the only choice is to reset everything, reinstall Windows, and use a genuine product key. I don't comment on the purchasing method, just that I've purchased each copy at full cost.
