How do I use this motherboard
There should be a front panel connector identified among the headers. By examining the labels, you might deduce which pins to use. A basic screwdriver test could help determine the correct connections. If the device isn’t powered on, it’s unlikely you’ll cause harm by selecting the wrong pins.
This motherboard comes from a Dell OptiPlex 160 model. You'll need the special front panel cable for it. If your ATX power supply uses a standard pin configuration, you can ground the green pin on the 4-pin connector to activate it. Locating the pinout online can be challenging; lower-end Atom builds aren't always easy to work with.
Unless you purchase the front panel board or deduce which two connector pins are the power button from images, see the listing here.
It should be simple to identify the two pins required for activation. Those are the ones that trigger the start when you connect them together.
